Gennaro Niro is a Project Manager for one of the premier concrete construction contractors in Northeast Ohio. Having over 40 years’ experience in the industry, Gennaro began at age 17 working for his father’s concrete company as a laborer in the field and progressing through various roles from labor foreman to estimator. Gennaro has been in his current role with Donley’s Construction for over 18 years and has completed projects for The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, MetroHealth Hospital, Amazon, Goodyear Tire, and many others. He has managed the construction of 10 parking garages and 2 high-rise buildings, all employing post-tensioned concrete structural decks. Mr. Niro is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He has been a board member of The American Concrete Institute for 25 years, including roles as Local Chapter Secretary, Vice President, and President. Gennaro is also a member of the Association of General Contractors, the Post-Tensioning Institute, and has been a KSU Construction Management Industrial Advisory Board Member since its inception.
