James Litwin is Vice President of Construction for Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors. He is responsible to deliver new development and construction projects for the firm. His work begins after project opportunities are identified and the firm’s objectives for the development are established.

James provides sound technical, budgetary, and schedule guidance to the team. He works under the direction of Mark Bell and is instrumental in developing community support for projects during the city approval processes.

As the tip of the spear for construction, James embraces a higher standard of excellence leading from the front while guiding the design and construction teams toward uncompromising project results.

Prior to Harbor Bay, James held management and senior management positions at several top 25 nationally recognized construction firms. He has managed over $800 million dollars of construction projects in the multifamily, hospitality, senior housing and Fortune 100 corporate office markets. James is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
