Rob Elias is the Vice President for Holder Construction, a national construction services firm with offices in Atlant­a, Charlotte, Columbus, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, San Jose, and Washington, D.C. With over $7 billion in revenue, Holder is consistently ranked as one of the nation's leading contractors in construction management by ENR (Engineering News-Record).

Rob launched his career at Holder in 2005 as an Office Engineer and has since built an impressive 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has advanced through the ranks of project management in Operations, refining his expertise in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Currently, Rob leads Holder's Columbus office, focusing on the Data & Telecom and Higher Education markets. He has successfully managed projects exceeding $5 billion, demonstrating his adeptness at navigating the challenges of high-stakes environments.

Rob's notable projects include multiple data centers for industry leaders such as Google, Progressive, and AT&T, where he has consistently showcased his commitment to quality and innovation in construction practices. Additionally, he has contributed to significant Higher Education projects for prestigious institutions including Clemson, Ohio State University, Virginia Tech, Arizona State University, William & Mary, and the University of Georgia.

Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management & Safety from Arizona State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction. His extensive experience and leadership continue to drive success in every project he undertakes.
