Andrew Economos Miller's upcoming lecture, "Refuse//Repose," will lay the theoretical groundwork for the upcoming exhibition of the same title at the Kent State College of Architecture and Environmental Design. The talk will sift through a pile of reference, found material, and theoretical propositions that deal with architecture's contemporary organization of labor and its relationship to various natures and larger social and economic systems. The talk will be organized around the tripartite division of "Labor, Waste, and Action," in order to deal with its broad themes. The talk will also work as an in-progress framework that encourages conversation with the audience.
