Mass Timber Structures Across the United States: A Comprehensive Review
Dr. Lameck Onsarigo is an Associate Professor of Construction Management in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design (CAED) here at Kent State University. His research focus is on new construction technologies that contribute to more sustainable societies including trenchless technology, mass timber, and other green technologies. He is a member of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Dr. Onsarigo earned his PhD. in Technology Management from Indiana State University (Indiana), a Master of Technology Management and a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (Ohio), and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from JKUAT (Kenya).
Dr. Anthony Mirando is an Associate Professor of Construction Management in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design (CAED) here at Kent State University. His research focus is on new construction technologies that contribute to more sustainable societies including social equity in LEED structures, mass timber, and remote construction inspection technologies. He is a member of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and carries the LEED AP-ND credential. Dr. Mirando earned his Ph.D. in Geography from Kent State University, an Executive Certificate in Intercultural Management from Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Management from Kent State University.
